Audit Senior – Nottingham and Leicester.
Our client, a UK Top10 firm, and one of the fastest growing accountancy practices in the UK is looking for qualified audit seniors of quality and drive. The firm is well known for providing a friendly working environment and being one of the regions best payers.
The successful candidates will be responsible for leading a wide variety of audits throughout the East Midlands. The role includes responsibility for reviewing the work of juniors in the preparation of financial statements and corporate tax computations and reports directly to the Audit Manager.
You will need to be qualified, or close to qualifying, with good experience of computerised audit packages and up to date technical knowledge. Strong audit experience is essential.

Insolvency Senior – Nottingham and Leicester
Our client is looking for a newly qualified audit accountant with a good academic background. You must also possess analytical skills and "real world" objectivity. You'll get the opportunity to make a real difference to a wide range of companies in difficult financial circumstances.
Your aim will be to restore financial viability or to assist in liquidation or bankruptcy and deal with creditors, using a level head in often trying times for your clients. You will be given responsibility for your own portfolio, preparing financial reports by looking beyond the numbers to establish the true financial position. You will prepare reports and implement strategies to preserve value or maximise the returns of the shareholders. In addition, you will have a day to day responsibility of Corporate Insolvency cases and pre-insolvency investigations.

Risk Management – Manager – Nottingham base
Our client, a household name in Accountancy and a firm seen as a leader in Risk Management is expanding its team in Nottingham.
Your main tasks will be to perform risk based reviews of a wide variety of predominantly corporate clients. This will include planning, test design, fieldwork, report writing and agreeing recommendations with clients.
Drawing on several years post qualified experience of internal and external audit and risk management, you will need to understand, document and assess your clients' business systems, identifying and advising on business risk where necessary.
Whilst the ideal candidate will have 2-5 years post qualified experience of internal audit of a mixed client base, applications are welcomed from individuals with alternative relevant experience in Risk Management. "Big 4's" salary and benefits package and uncapped promotional prospects await the successful candidate.

Corporate Tax Senior – Big 4 – Nottingham
Predominantly an advisory and assurance role within this "Big 4's" mid-market and larger clients, this is an opportunity to further develop this area of your Corporate Tax work at the expense of compliance work.
Our client is looking for a pro-active and professional approach along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing the highest levels of service. A desire to develop your commercial skills should balance good business risk assessment and reporting skills. You will be ACA/ACCA qualified and preferably be qualified or studying towards your CTA.
